The bot isn't syncing my channel

Make sure the slack2gong bot has been invited to the channel (it can't see channels it isn't a member of) and that you've matched the channel to a Gong account in your dashboard. Activity is pushed once per day in the evening.

Why don't I see all my Slack channels?

slack2gong only lists Slack Connect (externally shared) channels — internal-only channels are filtered out since there's no external account to match them to. If a channel is missing, hit the Refresh button on the Sync Channels page.

How do I disconnect or delete my account?

You can reconnect or replace your Slack and Gong credentials from the Settings page in your dashboard. To fully delete your account, email support@slack2gong.com and we'll remove your data.

Does slack2gong read my messages?

No. We only read message metadata — timestamps, participants, and message counts. We never read, store, or transmit message text. See our privacy policy for details.
