Terms of Service

Last updated: May 13, 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using slack2gong (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

slack2gong reads metadata from your Slack Connect channels and pushes a daily activity summary to your Gong account timelines. The Service is provided free of charge. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must connect a Slack workspace and a Gong account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must have the authority to connect the workspaces and accounts you link.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it in unauthorized ways, interfering with its operation, or using it to violate the rights of others or any applicable law. You may not use the Service to process data you are not authorized to access.

5. Third-party services

The Service integrates with Slack and Gong. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that activity data pushed to Gong will be complete or accurate.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, slack2gong and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting Slack and Gong from your dashboard settings. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any account that violates these terms or that we reasonably believe poses a risk to the Service or other users.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
